G-802T Hand Forged Spring Steel Viking Sword Clay Tempered
1075 Spring Steel Full Tang Blade (Clay Tempered) with Hot Peened Pommel
These new blades will be tough to beat. They have been designed to take a beating and keep coming back for more. Hot Peening means the end of the tang that shows through the end of the pommel is heated and hammered down over the pommel to form the peen block which in this case has been shaped to suit the period of the sword.
This sword will also come complete with a beautiful quality leather wrapped wood scabbard and wooden display case
The edges on this blade have been clay tempered to 60 HRC for something different, the blade is extremely sharp, as can be seen in the videos. Keep in mind we did this for a bit of fun and realize it is not in keeping with the era of the sword
